At RCCHEN, we provide international shipping for RC models, spare parts, upgrades, and accessories.

Shipping Time

Our standard shipping time is usually 7–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that shipping time may vary depending on the destination country, product type, order quantity, customs clearance, local delivery service, and whether the product includes batteries or oversized parts.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the current shipping rules of our store.

For standard retail orders, the available shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Wholesale, bulk, dropshipping, oversized products, and battery-included products may require a separate shipping quotation. If additional shipping confirmation is required, our team will contact you before processing the order.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-demand periods, factory production schedules, or when product sourcing is required.

Battery and Oversized Product Notice

Some RC products may include batteries, chargers, large body shells, or oversized parts. These products may have special shipping requirements or restrictions depending on the destination country and shipping method.

For orders involving lithium batteries, nitro models, oversized models, or bulk quantities, shipping arrangements may need to be confirmed separately.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
