Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.
Non-Returnable Items

Used RC models
Installed spare parts or upgrades
Products damaged by improper use
Products damaged during modification
Products damaged by water, crash, collision, incorrect charging, or incorrect operation
Customized or specially sourced products
Wholesale or bulk orders
Clearance or final sale items
Battery products that have been used, charged, damaged, or opened
Products returned without approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, product packaging, shipping label, and a description of the problem.
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, repair solution, spare part support, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by RCCHEN.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
Product Use Disclaimer
RC models are hobby-grade products and may require proper operation, assembly, adjustment, maintenance, and safe handling.
Damage caused by crash, misuse, improper assembly, incorrect charging, improper fuel use, water damage, or unauthorized modification is not covered by our return policy.
